We are unable to see the images that you posted in this forum.

When logging into your account, everything appears normal and you have been able to clock in and out on December 2nd.

The recommended solution is to use a suppression list as explained in this video:



You can sort the original CSV file that you originally uploaded to create the suppression list. You will not need to do any searching or deleting from inside your AllProWebTools account.

You can login to your AllProWebTools account from an iPad or any other mobile device. The first step is to go to "Reports" -> "Sales" -> "Tickets". Once someone unsubscribes, they can no longer receive marketing emails from you, regardless of any campaign or tag they are a member of (they can still receive emails to assist them in resetting their password or invoices when they make a purchase from you)

For the example you have provided. We found that an email called "Email 6" was sent to Mark at 8:28am. Mark opened the email at 8:28am and replied to the email at 8:30am.
