The recommended solution is to use a suppression list as explained in this video:



You can sort the original CSV file that you originally uploaded to create the suppression list. You will not need to do any searching or deleting from inside your AllProWebTools account.

You can login to your AllProWebTools account from an iPad or any other mobile device. The first step is to go to "Reports" -> "Sales" -> "Tickets".
