Hello! I just deployed a new account today, support code 3705-0, and when I was showing her how to add notes the notes would not save. They aren't tracked in the workflow timeline at all. Please advise, thank you!

Hello! In my account and in the accounts of my clients we are noticing an usual amount of recordings on the workflow timeline for individual contacts that they have "opened" emails. It will show at times a dozen times that someone has opened the emails. Can you please advise on why this is happening...

Mass deletion of notifications

Is there a way to do a mass delete of notifications? A client of mine re-upped her membership after it being stagnant for 2 years and has 80+ notifications from 2016 that are not longer applicable. Is there a way to reset the notifications for a clean slate?

I am trying to see the past notes in a contacts card but it keeps refreshing with dozens of "they opened this email 1 hr ago". I can't get past this note to see my original notes on the contact. Thoughts?

When I log back in it shows the 23 people that need to be called but no abandoned cart. I know that there is at least one because she told me. Is there another way to check for abandoned carts?

Hey! My notifications keep showing me different items. When I originally logged in this morning it showed 23 contacts need to be called, purchases and abandoned carts, a total of 43 items. I went in to a meeting so it timed out, I logged in again and it no longer is showing the purchases or abandone...

I got a notification in my console for a new client request as their expert. When I click on the notification it sends me to this page (see attached image) and not to the clients' profile. When I got to the client's contact card it doesn't give me the option to login, just to deploy. Please help

Hi! I am working on client account 3214-0 and I am trying to insert an image in to her emails. The images pull up, quickly flash to show they are there and then go away completely so I can't select anything to insert. Please help :)

Hey!

I have a client that unsubscribed to my emails by accident. She needs to be re-added to the database so she can receive email updates for the Conversation Club. Is there anyway I can re-activate her email address? I have written permission from her to receive emails via APWT.

Got it. So just to clarify, is the "cart" where an abandoned cart would show up? Or is that simply someone clicking on the purchasable item?

Trouble pay invoices after cc updated

I have tried to pay the orders for two membership clients that have recently updated their cc's. When I click on the order and choose "pay order" and select their cards, it says "declined". The cards are active, no reason for declining. Seems to be an error somewhere. Please help :)

Hi Again!

I was able to look in Elastic Mail for the email that was sent today at 1:00pm for Betsy Clark. The email was delivered and I can see the stats in Elastic Mail but they are not reporting in the APWT email stats. Please advise?
