Major upgrades to the AllProWebTools Leadboxes Plugin for WordPress allowing users to easily capture leads with their AllProWebTools CRM.

This plugin provides seamless integration with your WordPress site, offering a simple way to display and manage leadboxes.

Where can I download the plugin?

https://wordpress.org/plugins/allprowebtools-leadboxes/

What does this plugin do?

  • Enables you to create and manage leadboxes within WordPress.
  • Syncs lead data directly with your AllProWebTools CRM.
  • Uses AJAX-powered form submissions for real-time lead collection.

First, be sure to create a leadbox in your AllProWebTools account:

  1. Go to Contacts → Sign-Up Boxes.
  2. Click “Create New Box.”
  3. When you’re in the creation screen, you’ll be able to edit a number of features, including the way the box looks, the message on the submit button, as well as which information the box will ask your leads for!
  4. Since this leadbox is being used on a WordPress website instead of an AllProWebTools one, you’ll be want to change the “Thank You Page” setting in the creation screen to “Dynamic Message.”

Here are some videos to help you.

Once you’ve successfully created a leadbox and have it looking just right, you can move on to setting it up on your WordPress website:

How to Install the Plugin

  1. Download the plugin ZIP file.
  2. Go to "Plugins" → "Add New" → "Upload Plugin" and select the ZIP file.
  3. Click "Install Now," then "Activate."

Configuring the Plugin

  1. Navigate to "AllProWebTools" in your WordPress dashboard.
  2. Enter your API Key and Authentication Key from your AllProWebTools account.  You can find these keys from your AllProWebTools console.  Just go to "Settings" on the bottom right of the main menu, and then select "Administrator".  You will see the keys in the center of the screen.
  3. Save your settings.

Understanding WordPress Editing Options

Depending on your WordPress theme and version, you may have different ways to add leadboxes to your site:

  • If you are using a modern block-based theme, you will need to use the Block Editor (Gutenberg) or the Site Editor.
  • If you are using a classic theme, you will see the "Widgets" section under "Appearance," where you can add leadboxes using a widget.

Using Leadboxes with the Block Editor

  1. In your WordPress dashboard, create or edit a page/post where you want to insert a leadbox.
  2. Click the "+" button to add a new block.
  3. Search for "Shortcode" and add the Shortcode block.
  4. Paste the leadbox shortcode generated in the plugin settings.
  5. Click "Update" or "Publish" to save your changes.

Adding a Leadbox Using Widgets (Classic Themes)

  1. Go to "Appearance" → "Widgets."
  2. Drag the "AllProWebTools Leadbox" widget into your desired location.
  3. Select the leadbox from the dropdown menu and click "Save."

Your leadboxes are now live and capturing leads!
